No. wtfpdf removes a password you already know. It does not crack or guess passwords.

What is the difference between an open password and an owner password?

The open password is needed to view the file. The owner password controls restrictions such as printing and copying. To remove restrictions you need the owner password.

Which kinds of PDF encryption does it support?

wtfpdf opens files protected with RC4, AES-128 and AES-256.

Does unlocking change the content?

No. Only the encryption is removed. Pages, text and images stay as they were.
