Questions
Is my PDF uploaded when I add a watermark?
No. The watermark is added in this browser tab and the PDF is saved straight to your device.
Can I add an image or logo as a watermark?
No. wtfpdf adds a single line of text, centred on each page.
Can I make the watermark see-through?
Yes. Set the opacity from 0 to 100 percent. You can also put the watermark under the content, though pictures and filled shapes can then hide it.
Can I put the watermark diagonally across the page?
Yes. Choose Diagonal to run it corner to corner, Horizontal to keep it level, or Custom angle to set any number of degrees.
Which fonts and characters can I use?
You can pick Helvetica, Times or Courier, each in regular, bold, italic and bold italic. The text can use letters, numbers and punctuation from Western European languages.
Can I watermark only some pages?
Yes. Every page has its own tick box, so you can leave out a cover or any other page.
Can I watermark a password protected PDF?
Yes. wtfpdf asks for the password first. The watermarked PDF keeps the password and permissions of the original.
